What You Will Do
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products by providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer in everyday language.
Interact with customers via state‑of‑the‑art video communication software, document interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and active PTIN.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
Passionate about helping clients navigate complex taxation and committed to enhancing brand by delighting customers.
What You Need
Must have an internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Compensation
Expected base pay range by location:
Bay Area, California: $28.80 - $36.50
Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50
Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80
Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50
Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80
Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80
Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50
Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30
New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50
New York: $28.80 - $36.50
Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30
Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80
Washington: $28.80 - $36.50
Washington DC: $28.80 - $36.50
