Responsibilities
Related is seeking a Commercial Property Coordinator to join our dynamic team at 20 Hudson Yards, the soaring centerpiece of Manhattan’s west side and home to some of the world’s most influential companies. In this pivotal role, you’ll support the seamless operations of a premier commercial property, ensuring that every tenant and visitor experiences the world‑class service and excellence synonymous with Hudson Yards.

As a Property Coordinator, you’ll act as a central point of contact for tenants, vendors and property teams, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Key Responsibilities Administration
Organize and maintain project, vendor, ownership, and tenant files.
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
Draft and distribute communications regarding building activities and events.
Assist with drafting contracts and additional service requests.
Notary Public or obtain a commission.
Navigate city agency portals such as DOB NOW and BIS, record and track violations, coordinate corrective actions, resolve issues, and ensure timely, compliant resolution.
Financial Operations
Process invoices and resolve billing discrepancies.
Compile monthly accruals and support chargebacks.
Maintain organized financial documentation and workbooks.
Provide input for monthly variance reports and assist in quarterly reforecasting and annual budget preparation.
Insurance & Compliance
Review and track certificates of insurance for accuracy and compliance.
Notify relevant teams of upcoming insurance expirations (90/60/30 days).
Monitor incident reports and ensure timely notification to the Risk Management department.
Property Management
Conduct regular property inspections and manage work orders.
Track maintenance schedules and address occupant concerns.
Assist with project coordination and support office operational needs.
Security
Administer access control IDs using the CCURE system.
Create building IDs.
Coordinate locksmith services for repairs and replacements.
Manage access requests for loading dock tickets and assist with billing reviews.
Client Relations
Coordinate tenant services including ID/access appointments and compliance with building rules.
Respond to maintenance requests and ensure tenant satisfaction.
Vendor Relations
Support vendor management and ensure compliance with contracts and performance standards.
Liaise with janitorial, security, and maintenance teams.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support the successful operation and management of the property.
Qualifications
3+ years of prior experience in property management (commercial real estate preferred)
Project coordination experience; tenant/vendor management and scheduling
Contract development and processing experience
Strong knowledge of operational procedures, certificates of insurance, accounting fundamentals, and contract development
Able to maintain a strong customer service focus with both internal and external customers
Able to interact diplomatically with corporate and property staff and tenants
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Word and Excel
Attentiveness to detail, strong grammatical skills and proofreading ability
Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks
Bachelor’s Degree
Compensation The anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.
