Oversee the delivery of technology projects, ensuring adherence to methodologies like Agile and Waterfall, and mentoring team members. Drive continuous improvement and innovation, applying research, analysis, and best practices to advance processes and solutions. Manage complex technical initiatives, providing expert guidance, resolving issues, and achieving performance objectives across client service, risk management, and team development. Engage actively with clients, lead workstreams, and identify opportunities to expand services. Spearhead RFP responses and manage engagement economics, including resource planning and budgeting. Travel as required to meet client needs and project demands. Skills and Attributes for Success
Ability to initiate requirement gathering, architect solutions, blueprint and test, complete workflows and documentation, and design functional solutions across multiple data workstreams. Liaise with stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into business solutions while defining data strategies, quality standards, and governance frameworks. Direct teams leveraging SAP data tools (e.g., Data Services, Information Steward, MDG, Datasphere, Data Intelligence, Migration Cockpit) and integration methods (CPI, SLT, APIs). Proven project and program delivery methodology expertise and ability to mentor others. Strong analytical skills to develop creative solutions for complex problems. Leadership skills to manage professional staff and supervise teams effectively. Strategic thinking to drive sales, business growth, and client satisfaction. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree. 4+ years of experience working with one or more SAP modules with full-cycle implementations. Specialized skills in Data Migration, Data Governance, Enterprise IT Architecture, Master Data Management, or related disciplines. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills. Experience managing SAP data projects or workstreams and leading project-based team members. Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, peer environments and relevant advisory experience. Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies. Willingness to travel to meet client needs. Ideal Additional Qualifications
Experience with Data Migration, Master Data Governance, Data Analytics and/or data quality programs across SAP landscapes. Additional qualifications or certifications in SAP data management tools or project leadership. Proactive approach to client data issue resolution. Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide teams and interact with clients. Benefits
