Job Description and Duties Consistent with and in the advancement of DMFEA’s mission, the SSI II serves as the second line supervisor of staff and work relating to DMFEA’s criminal investigations and outreach activities. The SSI II works under the specific direction of a DC and general direction of the AC, and in consultation as needed, with the other DMFEA areas (Criminal Prosecutions Section, Administration Branch, Civil Section). Responsible for the implementation and enforcement of the Department’s and DMFEA’s policies and procedures. Knowledge of and ensures compliance with those United States’ Department of Health and Human Services’ Office of the Inspector General’s (OIG) Performance Standards applicable to DMFEA’s Investigation Section.
