We are currently seeking a
Regional Account Manager
to join our team covering a sales territory in the Syracuse and surrounding areas.
Essential Functions
Work with leadership to create a sales plan and develop a prospect list to capture new business.
Full‑cycle sales activities including qualification of leads, cold calls, sales presentations, writing quotations, and closure of sales.
Utilize tools, resources, and CRM to plan and manage time and territory.
Collaborate with knowledgeable customer service and technical support teams to meet and exceed sales goals.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or Engineering, or a 2‑year technical degree (preferred).
At least 1 year of industrial sales experience in repair services, preferably in electronics, hydraulics, robotics, servos or mechanical components.
Ability to establish and maintain business relationships.
Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
Computer proficiency required.
Valid driver’s license.
Overnight travel may be required.
Ability to drive for customer visits, stand, walk, and lift/carry items up to 50 lbs in industrial settings.
