Bilingual Spanish Tax Expert - CPA, Enrolled Agent or Practicing Attorney - Seasonal Remote

What You Will Do
Help customers complete taxes using Intuit TurboTax products by providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek and deliver accurate answers using everyday language.
Use state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions accurately.
Who You Are
Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and PTIN.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills, written and spoken.
Excellent customer-service skills and comfortable interacting through video and audio tools.
Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and enhancing the Intuit brand.
What You Need
Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Compensation Competitive base pay range per region: Bay Area CA $28.80–$36.50, Southern CA $28.80–$36.50, Colorado $27.50–$34.80, Hawaii $28.80–$36.50, Illinois $27.50–$34.80, Maryland $27.50–$34.80, Massachusetts $28.80–$36.50, Minnesota $24.80–$30.30, New Jersey $28.80–$36.50, New York $28.80–$36.50, Ohio $24.80–$30.30, Vermont $27.50–$34.80, Washington $28.80–$36.50, Washington DC $28.80–$36.50.
Position eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits. Pay based on job-related factors and location. Intuit promotes ongoing pay equity.
