What is a Multi-Channel Branch? Tuesday and Wednesday: We assist customers with everyday banking needs and complaints via telephone or digital channels in a contact centre environment. Monday, Thursday, and Friday: Our Retail Branch serves customers face‑to‑face with everyday banking needs, enquiries and transactions. Together we deliver a seamless banking experience for 10 million+ personal and small business customers.
Responsibilities
Assist customers with general banking transactions, answer questions and queries.
Build personal connections through meaningful conversations face‑to‑face and via direct channels.
Guide customers in using in‑branch technology and digital banking options.
Complete Financial Health Checks to assess customers’ needs.
Process applications for personal loans, credit cards, and associated products.
Use tools to capture customer feedback and take action to correct service breaks.
Receive continuous training and development to support career aspirations.
Qualifications & Expectations
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service with every interaction.
Excellent conversation skills and confidence to ask challenging questions.
Problem‑solving attitude and curiosity in finding the right solutions.
