Treasury Analyst

Job Description AZZ has a compelling opportunity for a Treasury Analyst at our Fort Worth, Texas, corporate office. Reporting to the Treasury Manager, you will support day-to-day treasury management activities, including bank relationship management, cash accounting, debt & interest calculations, and other activities as assigned. You are a number-savvy team player and will analyze and forecast financial, economic, and other data to provide information for strategic financial decisions. This is a full-time onsite, salaried position. Duties and Responsibilities Manages daily, weekly, and monthly cash management position and forecasting. Maintains account balances and debt schedules. Evaluates the organization's cash needs to ensure all funding needs are met. Performs monthly variance analysis for bank account analysis statements and other various deliverables. Generates daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Collaborates with Accounting, IT, Operations, Project Management, and other groups to resolve various issues for ad hoc projects. Initiate and process domestic and international wires, ACH transactions, Real-Time-Payments, etc. in compliance with dual control protocols. Prepares documentation as needed for new bank accounts, Know Your Customer (KYC) forms, and other bank-related forms. Assists with Insurance applications and special reports for brokers/underwriters. Aids with merchant services and all card programs. Researches and resolves issues regarding bank outflows and inflows and monitors accounts for possible fraud activity. Supports activity for AZZ Cares (not-for-profit foundation) as needed. Assists with other treasury functions and special projects as needed. Qualifications: Qualifications Knowledge of principles and practices of accounting and auditing. 0-2 years of experience in Accounting, Banking, Finance, and/or Treasury is preferred. Excellent written and oral communication for both internal and external engagement. Experience performing financial modeling and statistical analysis is preferred. Must be self-motivated and comfortable working independently at times. Minimum Education Bachelor’s degree is

required

or the completion of a bachelor’s degree within 6 months of the employment start date. A degree in Accounting, Business Administration, and/or Finance is preferred.
