Intuit is seeking experienced Tax Experts to provide full‑service tax assistance using TurboTax for the upcoming tax season. Candidates must hold an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA, EA, or Practicing Attorney). This is a remote, part‑time position (minimum 20 hours per week). Overview

Prepare and review federal and state individual tax returns using commercial tax preparation software. Use government websites, professional resources, and internal expertise to find accurate answers for customers. Interact with customers via video communication tools, documenting all interactions to maintain accurate records. Who You Are
Minimum 2 years paid experience filing 30 or more individual 1040 returns. Unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and PTIN. Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken). Excellent customer service skills and confidence using video and audio tools. What You Need
Reliable internet connection that meets Intuit security criteria. Availability to work at least 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days. Compensation & Benefits
Base pay ranges vary by location: Bay Area, California: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour Southern California: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour Colorado: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour Hawaii: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour Illinois: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour Maryland: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour Massachusetts: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour Minnesota: $24.80 – $30.30 per hour New Jersey: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour New York: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour Ohio: $24.80 – $30.30 per hour Vermont: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour Washington: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour Washington DC: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour Additional rewards include cash bonus, equity, and benefits.
