About the Role We’re looking for a Data-Driven Marketing Specialist with a passion for search, analytics, and emerging AI-driven technologies. In this role, you’ll ensure our brand stays discoverable across both traditional search and the next-generation AI-powered search landscape, including Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).

If dashboards, analytics tools, and campaign optimization excite you — and you’re fascinated by how AI will shape search and digital marketing — this role is for you. You’ll help us navigate evolving algorithms, ad transparency shifts, and generative search to keep our brand visible and performance high.

What You’ll Do

SEO & Site Optimization: Audit and optimize website performance, manage technical SEO, monitor SERP changes, and resolve crawl or indexation issues.

PPC Campaigns: Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other channels; test ad variations and refine bidding strategies for ROAS and CPA efficiency.

AI & Generative Search: Lead efforts in GEO and AEO, ensuring content and campaigns perform in AI-driven search environments. Structure content for discoverability across chat-based and generative search tools.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Build dashboards, track performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Technical Collaboration: Work with developers to resolve site issues, implement schema, improve site architecture, and enhance speed and user experience.

Who You Are

5+ years of experience in performance marketing with strong SEO & PPC expertise.

Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, paid media auctions, and digital analytics.

Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio, Tag Manager, and Excel/Sheets.

Comfortable managing large datasets, making data-driven decisions, and working independently.

Strong communicator with the ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders.

Bonus: Experience with scripting/automation for reporting or bidding, TravelTech industry experience, or LinkedIn Ads.
