Brock Air Products, Inc. is looking for an experienced Paid Search Engine Campaign Manager to help grow our business via paid SEM campaigns. We're a fast-growing, web-focused business that is deeply rooted in search engine marketing and we’re looking for an experienced campaign manager to help take us to the next level.

The

SEM Campaign Manager

will be a paid search & SEM strategist and implementer who will drive our SEM efforts within Google, Bing, Amazon, eBay, and other search-driven channels and marketplaces. Using paid search, feed-based search advertising, paid social, and paid content- and display-advertising platforms, the SEM Campaign Manager will be responsible for helping to craft and implement the paid media strategy for campaigns within their purview.

The ideal candidate will bring an enthusiasm for digital marketing along with proven skills in campaign management, platform management, and multi-channel strategies. They will possess a deep knowledge of all facets of eCommerce marketing and customer acquisition as well as proven experience in all relevant advertising platforms. They will be familiar with P&L concepts and understand how to balance profitability and accelerated acquisition in order to create profitable growth at a high trajectory.

Responsibilities

Direct management of paid ad platforms for campaigns including but not limited to: Paid Search, Shopping, Demand Gen, Remarketing, PMAX, & Paid Social

Drive profitable YOY sales growth while adhering to ROAS guidelines

Analyze performance metrics and implement new strategies accordingly

Identify opportunities for growth in current and new markets

Drive landing page development and on-site improvements to bolster conversion rates from paid campaigns

Collaborate with Merchandising and Creative on strategies to improve overall category sales growth, with an eye toward strategies that will influence SEM results

Qualifications

3+ years of proven paid search and keyword-driven advertising experience

Mastery of ad platforms, including Google Adwords, Microsoft/Bing, and Facebook

Demonstrable expertise in Google Analytics or other analytic platforms

Experience with Moz, SEMRush or other search engine analysis platform

Previous paid search experience within an eCommerce business
