Graphic Designer & Presentation Specialist
The Temporary Graphic & Presentation Designer will provide hands‑on design and production support to the Creative Services team, focusing on high‑quality presentation design and branded visual materials for internal and external audiences.
The ideal candidate combines strong PowerPoint expertise with solid graphic design fundamentals, working confidently within the firm’s brand guidelines to produce visually compelling, professional materials. Projects will include client presentations, pitch decks, digital and print collateral, internal campaigns, and light motion or multimedia assets.
This role requires a designer who is detail‑oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Design, format, and refine client‑facing and internal presentations in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite.
Translate complex information into clear, visually engaging graphics, charts, and layouts.
Create and adapt visual assets for digital, print, and multimedia channels, ensuring brand consistency.
Work within established templates and brand guidelines to maintain design standards across deliverables.
Support Creative Services and BD teams in preparing high‑stakes pitch materials and client communications.
Retouch imagery, prepare files for production, and perform quality assurance checks on all deliverables.
Manage file organization and naming conventions in accordance with department standards.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues in Marketing, Business Development, and Communications through all project stages.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
Minimum of 2-5 years of professional design experience, ideally within a corporate, consulting, or law firm environment.
Demonstrated expertise in PowerPoint presentation design and storytelling.
Experience designing across print, digital, and presentation platforms.
Skills and Abilities
Expert proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (master slides, charts, animations, and visual storytelling).
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects a plus).
Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
Keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and digital publishing platforms preferred.
Understanding of brand systems, corporate identity, and marketing communications.
Comfortable working in a PC environment.
