$84,400.00/yr - $121,000.00/yr Sr. Advanced Analytics Analyst
The Sr Advanced Analytics Analyst leads complex analytical projects and provides strategic insights to business leaders. This role requires advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, as well as the ability to design models, conduct in-depth analyses, and mentor teammates.

Responsibilities:
Lead traditional advanced data analysis projects using SQL and Python to support business decisions. Develop advanced dashboards and visualizations for executive reporting. Collaborate with Stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into analytical tasks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements. Design and implement data automation. Design and implement predictive models and statistical analyses. Document methodologies and ensure reproducibility of analyses. Mentor teammates, analysts, and review their work for quality and accuracy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required, master’s degree in data science, statistics, business analytics, or related field preferred. Expert-level SQL and Python Expert-level data visualization tool experience (Power BI & DAX, Tableau & calculations, etc.) Experience performing analyses in data lakes (e.g., Databricks) Experience with statistical modeling and machine learning techniques Experience with Agentic AI techniques (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) Strong communication and storytelling skills Ability to lead projects and mentor team members Experience leading analytics initiatives
