Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: $120,000-$275,000 per year in commission based on performance
All leads are provided to you; no cold calling or door knocking! 2–3 pre‑set, pre‑qualified appointments a day!

About The Role In this position, you will:
Spend time with customers in their homes to determine their home improvement needs while providing outstanding customer service.
Absolutely NO cold‑calling or lead generation required. All leads are warm & pre‑confirmed.
Focus on selling—learning our primary product lines, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Work closely with leadership and mentors to achieve milestones.
Apply consistent effort and a great attitude to meet planned sale goals/quotas.
Promote company products and services.
Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts.
Provide best‑in‑class customer experience.
Work a full schedule, including evenings and Saturdays.
Key Qualifications
Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments.
In‑Home Sales or Business‑to‑Consumer Sales experience is a plus.
Must be self‑motivated and results‑oriented.
Positivity, flexibility, determination, and a persuasive personality.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Ability to meet and exceed goals.
Works successfully without requiring close supervision.
Road warrior; own a reliable vehicle, have a valid driver's license, and enjoy being on the road.
