The Role We are hiring our first two Account Executives. This is not a patch of accounts and a quota. It is a chance to define how Leadbeam sells, wins, and expands.
You will partner directly with the founders. You will run full-cycle deals from outbound to close. You will pressure-test pricing, refine messaging, and open new segments. Every win you bring in sets the standard for the team that follows.

What You Will Do
Own the full sales cycle: prospect, demo, follow up, negotiate, and close.
Run deep discovery. Tie pain to measurable value. Drive clear next steps.
Deliver targeted demos for VP Sales, RevOps, and field leaders.
Build business cases with quantified ROI that win executive buy-in.
Run pilots that convert. Define success, track adoption, secure signatures.
Multithread across leaders, managers, and end users.
Partner with SDRs on pipeline and with CSM on expansion.
Work with Product and Marketing. Your deals shape our roadmap.
Who You Are
3 to 7 years in SaaS sales with consistent quota overachievement.
Full-cycle athlete. Prospecting does not faze you. Closing is what you love.
Entrepreneurial. You create structure where none exists.
Competitive. You want the leaderboard and you plan to win it.
Hardworking. You know activity creates opportunity.
Bonus: experience selling GTM tools to VP Sales, RevOps, or field teams.
Bonus: Salesforce and HubSpot knowledge.
