Bilingual Spanish Tax Expert - CPA - Seasonal Remote
Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you!

What You Will Do
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products by providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers to customers in everyday language.
Interact with customers via state-of-the-art video communication software, documenting interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns using commercial tax prep software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney, with strong tax prep experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and an active PTIN.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
Passion for helping clients navigate tax complexities and commitment to enhancing brand through customer delight.
Excellent customer service skills, excited to interact through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
What You Need
Reliable internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week spread across at least three days.
Compensation Competitive compensation with strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. Expected base pay ranges by location (USD):
Bay Area, California: $28.80 - $36.50
Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50
Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80
Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50
Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80
Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80
Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50
Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30
New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50
New York: $28.80 - $36.50
Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30
Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80
Washington: $28.80 - $36.50
Washington DC: $28.80 - $36.50
