Seasonal Credentialed Bilingual Tax Advisor - CPA - Remote
Overview
Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!
What You Will Do
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products.
Provide tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers in everyday language.
Interact with customers via state‑of‑the‑art video communication software, documenting interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience, extensive knowledge of tax laws, and an active PTIN.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
Excellent customer service skills and experience interacting with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and enhancing Intuit’s brand by delighting customers.
What You Need
Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Willingness to obtain any required credentials if not already held.
Compensation & Benefits Intuit Provides a Competitive Compensation Package With a Strong Pay For Performance Rewards Approach. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs.
Expected Base Pay Range For This Position:
Bay Area, California: $28.80 – $36.50
Southern California: $28.80 – $36.50
Colorado: $27.50 – $34.80
Hawaii: $28.80 – $36.50
Illinois: $27.50 – $34.80
Maryland: $27.50 – $34.80
Massachusetts: $28.80 – $36.50
Minnesota: $24.80 – $30.30
New Jersey: $28.80 – $36.50
New York: $28.80 – $36.50
Ohio: $24.80 – $30.30
Vermont: $27.50 – $34.80
Washington: $28.80 – $36.50
Washington DC: $28.80 – $36.50
Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing pay equity, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.
