Bilingual Spanish Tax Expert - CPA, Enrolled Agent or Practicing Attorney - Seasonal Remote
Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you!
What You Will Do
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products by providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver the right answer to customers.
Work in a virtual, customer‑facing role using state‑of‑the‑art video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to enhancing Intuit’s brand by delighting customers.
Excellent customer service skills and professional, friendly, confident video and audio communication style.
What You Need
Reliable internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Compensation Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:
Bay Area California: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80 per hour
Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80 per hour
Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80 per hour
Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30 per hour
New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
New York: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30 per hour
Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80 per hour
Washington: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
Washington DC: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
Additional compensation may include cash bonuses, equity rewards, and benefits in accordance with Intuit’s applicable plans and programs.
Pay is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender to drive ongoing pay equity.
