Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

What You Will Do
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products: provide tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate, customer‑friendly solutions.
Interact with customers via our state‑of‑the‑art video communication software and maintain accurate interaction records.
Who You Are
Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney) with strong tax preparation experience, extensive knowledge of tax laws, and an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to enhancing our brand through exceptional customer service.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact professionally via video and audio tools.
What You Need
Reliable internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
Minimum 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Compensation Intuit provides a competitive compensation package. The expected base pay range for this position varies by location:
Bay Area, California $28.80 – $36.50
Southern California $28.80 – $36.50
Colorado $27.50 – $34.80
Hawaii $28.80 – $36.50
Illinois $27.50 – $34.80
Maryland $27.50 – $34.80
Massachusetts $28.80 – $36.50
Minnesota $24.80 – $30.30
New Jersey $28.80 – $36.50
New York $28.80 – $36.50
Ohio $24.80 – $30.30
Vermont $27.50 – $34.80
Washington $28.80 – $36.50
Washington DC $28.80 – $36.50
