Seasonal Bilingual Credentialed Tax Professional – Work From Home
Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you!
What You Will Do
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products, providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation and tax calculations.
Manage product and software inquiries and use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers in everyday language.
Interact with customers via video communication software, documenting each interaction to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
Minimum 2 years paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns with commercial tax‑preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney, extensive tax‑law knowledge, and a current PTIN.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) written and spoken communication skills.
Excellent customer‑service skills, professional and friendly demeanor when working through video/audio tools.
Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation and enhancing Intuit’s brand.
What You Need
Internet connection that meets Intuit security criteria.
Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across at least three days.
Compensation & Benefits Hourly base pay ranges by location: Bay Area (CA) $28.80‑$36.50; Southern California $28.80‑$36.50; Colorado $27.50‑$34.80; Hawaii $28.80‑$36.50; Illinois $27.50‑$34.80; Maryland $27.50‑$34.80; Massachusetts $28.80‑$36.50; Minnesota $24.80‑$30.30; New Jersey $28.80‑$36.50; New York $28.80‑$36.50; Ohio $24.80‑$30.30; Vermont $27.50‑$34.80; Washington $28.80‑$36.50; Washington DC $28.80‑$36.50.
