Starting wage: $21–$35 per hour Employment type: Winter seasonal (2025/2026) Shift type: Full time and part time available Minimum age: 16 years Housing available Job Responsibilities

Teach group and private lessons Work with guests of all ages and abilities Deliver world‑class guest service to all guests Create a safe and fun learning environment Support all ski school needs including scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch, and fitting equipment Provide guest feedback that inspires and creates lifelong skiers and riders Perform other duties as assigned Job Requirements

Minimum PSIA/AASI instructor Level 1 certification or ISIA equivalent and above Fluent communication in English Willingness to work weekends and holidays Placement contingent upon successful training and meeting minimum skill, guest service, and safety standards The expected pay range is $21–$35 per hour. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors. We follow all federal, state, and local laws including restrictions on child/minor labor.
