Executive Assistant - Finance (Max $33/hr W2)
Join Lenmar Consulting Inc as an Executive Assistant in the Finance Department. This role supports senior finance professionals, ensuring smooth calendar management, communications, and administrative operations.
Responsibilities
Support multiple senior professionals with heavy calendar management and phone coverage
Adapt to covering different managers as the group grows or changes
Provide high‑level administrative support for finance initiatives
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information
Coordinate travel and expense processes
Qualifications
Experience supporting senior professionals, preferably within financial services
College degree preferred (or 5+ years of relevant corporate experience)
Excellent communication, writing, judgment, and problem‑solving skills
Strong attention to detail and solid organization/time management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with O365 and Microsoft Teams
Proactive approach and up‑to‑date with office procedures, policy guidelines, and compliance requirements
Typing skills (solid) and experience with CSTO, Concur, SharePoint, Fieldglass, and Ariba are a plus
