Business Relationship Manager _ Large Automotive Customer This position is part of TCS’s IoT and Digital Engineering Service Line, focusing on managing a large relationship, ensuring customer delight and driving business growth for a large automotive customer. The candidate will build excellent client relationships, manage program expectations with delivery teams, engage in account mining activities, and build partnerships across SDLC, Connected Vehicles, ADAS, Infotainment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, grow and manage engineering, manufacturing and IoT solutions and services for the automotive customer.

Engage senior client executives, IT & business leaders, and procurement stakeholders to build long‑term partnerships.

Monitor account performance, conduct business reviews, and support relationship management to expand service footprint.

Drive account mining, identify opportunities for pipeline development, and manage sales cycles to closure, contributing to revenue growth.

Build and maintain account maps, identify high‑potential opportunities, and strategize go‑to‑market plans with technical and sales leadership.

Represent the company at industry events and build visibility through thought leadership and client engagements.

Must‑Have Skills

Strong domain experience in the automotive industry.

Proven account management and client relationship experience in the US region, managing a large relationship.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s in engineering (or MBA) with 15+ years of experience, including at least 5 years managing large relationships.

Deep domain knowledge in the automotive industry.

Experience positioning offerings, developing and presenting proposals, value propositions, and complex deal structuring.

Strong technical skills with the ability to engage customers through consultative selling.

Ability to understand market/customer needs and work with solution teams to develop innovative solutions.

Salary Range: $130,000–$162,000 a year
