Danner’s is seeking a creative, data-savvy marketing professional to expand our digital presence and deliver a steady pipeline of qualified leads. The role blends strategy with hands‑on execution across content, social, email, and paid campaigns, partnering closely with Sales, Operations, and HR to drive company growth.

What You’ll Do

Build integrated marketing strategies that raise brand awareness and generate high‑quality leads with measurable outcomes.

Create on‑brand assets for web, email, social, blogs, and promotions, highlighting customer stories and successes.

Manage day‑to‑day social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), scheduling, engagement, and keep the website current and SEO‑aligned.

Plan, launch, and optimize paid and search campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn, applying SEO best practices.

Build and nurture digital lead‑gen programs using HubSpot CRM to capture, score, and nurture prospects, aligning with Sales targets.

Track and report on KPIs (traffic, click‑through rate, conversions, ROI) using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and native platform reports; adjust campaigns based on insights.

Coordinate with internal teams for events, trade shows, and employee engagement initiatives; serve as the digital/social strategy point of contact.

What You’ll Bring

3–5 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing and lead generation with proven outcomes.

Working knowledge of HubSpot (or similar) and analytics (Google Analytics).

Demonstrated expertise in paid media and campaign optimization.

Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for brand consistency.

Organized, deadline‑driven, and capable of managing multiple projects.

Collaborative mindset, comfortable partnering across functions.

Bonus points: B2B experience, Canva/Adobe design skills, website management and SEO, email best‑practice know‑how, maritime or security industry knowledge.
