We are hiring a Sales Coordinator. Our Sales Coordinators are important to the hotel’s success because they are a direct link between the front desk and our sales team. The role assists incoming reservation calls for groups and meetings, supports the sales team with contracts, room blocks, and communication with the rest of the hotel team to ensure our guests and corporate clients receive exactly what we promised. Many of our sales coordinators become tomorrow’s sales managers and future Directors of Sales.

Key Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for incoming sales calls and respond in a quick, timely, and professional manner to all internal partners and external customers.

Deliver clear and concise communication that represents Concord Hospitality in all communication channels.

Demonstrate excellent time‑management, self‑motivation, and proactive planning while maintaining a keen focus on detail.

Assist in or manage room blocks, client notifications, event orders, BEOs, billing details, and other administrative aspects of group and event bookings.

Track, detail, and communicate pre‑event, main event, and post‑event details with internal partners and external clients.

Gain knowledge of the hotel’s food & beverage products, pricing, presentation, function space, audio‑visual, and other event‑related details.

Use digital sales systems and conceptual sales processes (e.g., Delphi, CI/TY, PMS, sales call process) and understand the hotel’s sales strategies, rates, fees, and budgeted goals.

Participate in internal meetings, conference calls, reporting, planning, and training required for this position.

Work collaboratively to foster teamwork and embody an entrepreneurial spirit that contributes to hotel and team goals.

Own career development; seek training and job opportunities to hone and grow professional skills.
