Sous Chef, Patina Group-Corporate Dining
Join Delaware North as a Sous Chef at our corporate account in Hudson Yards. We offer a Monday‑Friday schedule with early morning starts and federal holidays off.
Opportunity We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Sous Chef to lead our premium corporate cafeteria. This role supports a refined, restaurant‑quality menu in a fast‑paced, upscale setting. The position is ideal for professionals who thrive in fine dining à la carte or high‑volume catering environments. You will bring focus, leadership, and finesse to early‑morning production and lunchtime execution, without weekend shifts.
Pay Minimum – Anticipated maximum base salary: $65,300–$88,200 per year.
We also offer an annual bonus and an uncapped sales incentive plan.

What You’ll Do
Supervise and lead the culinary team, ensuring production efficiency, proper techniques, recipe standards, and quality food preparation.
Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring team members to create a cohesive work environment.
Collaborate with the Executive Chef to design menus and develop recipes, including costing and bulk recipe writing.
Maintain a safe, sanitary, and organized kitchen that complies with health regulations.
About You
Minimum of 3 years culinary experience with prior management responsibilities in a large production kitchen or high‑volume F&B operation.
Knowledge of best practices for monitoring food and labor costs, menu development, costing, ordering, inventory, and food safety.
Proficient in Word and Excel.
Ability to obtain ServSafe, Food Safety Handler, and Training for Intervention Procedures certifications.
Capacity to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business levels.

Days: Monday‑Friday
Evening shifts as needed
12‑hour shift
