Senior Specialist, Finance MBA Rotation Program
Join Merck’s 2026 Future Talent Program as a Senior Specialist in Finance, a full‑time hybrid role focusing on a two‑year MBA rotation in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. The rotation provides breadth of experience, leadership skill development, and exposure to senior management, mentoring, and networking.
Program Overview & Responsibilities As part of the MBA Rotation Program you will:
Forecast, report, and analyze operating results.
Manage operational risk, process improvement consulting, and capital structure, currency, and other financial risks.
Analyze business strategies and capital investments and support various finance and global support functions.
Participate in a culture of experimentation, empowerment, networking, sharing, and continuous learning.
After completing the rotation you will apply for a post‑rotation role based on performance and business need.
Education
MBA completed by May 2026; minimum 5 years of professional work experience preferred.
Required Experience
