Tire Sales Specialist
(Houston, TX) – Dealer Tire
Dealer Tire is a family‑owned, international distributor of tires and parts established in 1918. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team.
Base Pay & Compensation Base Pay Range: $27.78 - $30.25
Targeted Annual Commission: $10,800

Responsibilities
Sell tires to customers on the service drive to exceed assigned sales goals.
Inspect customers’ cars on the service drive and diagnose tire‑related problems.
Recommend services, quote prices, and ensure repairs are completed and priced accurately.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and dealer personnel, addressing satisfaction and issue resolution.
Complete monthly market analyses.
Assist with store operations (inventory, opening/closing, etc.) and support dealership technicians.
Qualifications
2+ years of tire service experience in a retail tire and service environment.
Excellent verbal communication and strong customer service orientation.
May be required to operate a motor vehicle.
Meet Dealer Tire’s Motor Vehicle Record Policy and Company Vehicle Fleet Policy.
Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and online order management applications.
Physical Job Requirements The position requires standing 7‑8 hours a day, inspecting 80‑100 vehicles per day, and lifting up to 75 pounds unassisted.
Drug Policy All applicants must pass a pre‑employment drug screening before beginning work, and random drug testing is required for all associates.
