Golf Sales Specialist (Oceanside, NY) – NEW STORE! NEW STORE - OPENING SPRING 2026

Job Summary Golf Sales Specialists/Master Fitters & Builders work one-on-one with customers to provide a tour-level club fitting experience. This position presents tour-level club fitting experiences through providing in-depth club fitting knowledge while also possessing the interpersonal skills to sell relationally to our clients. Master Fitters are also responsible for building networks, managing customer relationships, and assisting with all store operations as required by their manager.

Essential Functions

Conduct innovative tour-level fitting experiences

Read, interpret, and explain data points in the club fitting process

Oversee customer relations by growing and maintaining fittings for studio and personal clients

Maintain brand standards by keeping workplace up to studio standards

Operate technology including, but not limited to: Trackman, Salesforce, Sam Putt Lab, and Microsoft Office

Build golf clubs to the tightest tolerances in the industry

Utilize relational selling methods to grow business metrics

Perform other duties as assigned

Compensation The hourly rate for this role is $19.23 to $24.04 per hour. This is the lowest to highest hourly rate we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s particular pay position within this range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue‑based metrics, and business or organizational needs.

This job is also eligible for commission and performance bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and life insurance to eligible employees.

Education & Experience

College degree preferred

Experience with club fitting and launch monitors required

1+ year in sales experience required

Experience selling custom golf clubs preferred

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and demonstrate motions as needed

Ability to work with hands as needed to build golf clubs

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. at a time
