Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Manager II to join our team in Sandy, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing key client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long‑lasting relationships.
Develop and implement tailored client retention strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services that meet or exceed client expectations.
Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling.
Analyze client data and prepare comprehensive reports on account performance, trends, and growth opportunities.
Negotiate and manage contracts and service level agreements with clients.
Proactively identify and resolve client issues, escalating when necessary.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.
Mentor junior client managers and contribute to the overall success of the client management team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
5+ years of experience in client management or a similar role.
Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.
Demonstrated project management skills and ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously.
Experience in developing and implementing client retention strategies.
Strong understanding of contract management and service level agreements.
Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in client management.
Professional certifications in client management or customer service (preferred).
Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
