About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President of Product Management for Identity to spearhead the development and execution of its identity strategy. This pivotal role involves leading the company's identity spine, which is essential for performance, measurement, and audience activation. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader and identity evangelist with a deep understanding of identity resolution, addressability, and cross-device tracking within the adtech and martech ecosystems. Responsibilities include defining and evolving the identity strategy, driving partner and product integration, and translating strategy into action by working closely with cross-functional teams. The VP will also be responsible for sourcing new opportunities, educating on identity capabilities, and ensuring operational excellence in the execution of identity-related initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of product leadership experience in adtech, martech, or data-driven software environments, with a focus on identity or addressability. They should have a proven track record in developing and scaling identity frameworks and a strong understanding of identity resolution technologies. Experience with industry initiatives around privacy, cookie deprecation, and authenticated identity frameworks is highly valued. The role requires a confident communicator and leader who can synthesize technical and strategic ideas for diverse audiences and is adept at leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
