- Physical ability to perform manual tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Experience working in a consumer support services or retail environment.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and protocols.
- Certification in janitorial or custodial services.
- Strong communication skills to effectively report issues and coordinate with facility management.
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality in previous roles.
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, and common areas using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment.
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste materials in compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
- Restock restroom supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper to maintain a consistent level of hygiene.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to the facility management promptly.
