The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the appearance, operation, and maintenance of Holy Angels Catholic School buildings and grounds in a safe, effective, and timely manner. The Maintenance Manager's responsibilities include implementing a preventative maintenance schedule, coordinating with service providers and contractors, maintaining open communications with stakeholders, performing regular inspections of the building, equipment, and grounds, and performing needed repairs to ensure the facilities are maintained in good condition.
