Job DescriptionJob Description

A growing and innovative engineering firm is looking to add a Senior Water Resources Project Manager for their Indianapolis team!

Responsibilities:

• Serve as technical resource for projects/proposals
  
• Prepare a design with the appropriate level of detail to minimize company risk
  
• Coordinate project team (internal and external)
  
• Build/maintain client relationships
  
• Assist with business development
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
  
• Master’s degree in civil engineering
  
• 8+ years of experience working with municipal clients
  
• PE License
  
• Experience in planning, consulting, design, and construction services (including water and wastewater planning/design)
  
• Proficient in stormwater design
  
• Project and staff development experience
  
• Business development experience (writing proposals, scopes of work, budgets)
  

Salary is commensurate with experience.
