Responsibilities

  • Serve as the “face” of one of our outpatient or hospital facilities, using administrative skills to impact patients and families.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of change requisitions, treatment logs, patient charts, invoices, and purchase orders.
  • Assist patients with transportation arrangements and physician appointments.
  • Support dialysis operations and uphold high-quality patient-centered care.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Typing speed of 60 WPM.
  • Excellent computer and clerical skills (Microsoft Office).
  • Preferred medical secretary or secretarial certification.
  • At least one year of related administrative experience in a medical setting.
