Operate a multi-line phone system, greet visitors, and ensure a welcoming experience
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail while preparing outgoing shipments
Arrange travel for management and schedule conference room reservations
Provide clerical support to various departments, including HR, Sales, Quality, and Payroll
Order office and warehouse supplies to maintain workplace efficiency
Organize catering for meetings and assist with setup upon delivery
Monitor visitor sign-in procedures, issue employee ID badges, and maintain location security
Qualifications
Experience (6 months to 1 year) in performing administrative or clerical tasks, .
High school education, with preference given to candidates who have attended college or technical school
Microsoft Office and strong communication skills
