2nd Shift: 3:30pm-12pm - Potential OT
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Assembler to join our team, working primarily in a cleanroom environment. You will be responsible for assembling catheters used to prevent brain aneurysms, using small hand tools and a microscope. This role offers the potential for career growth, with opportunities for pay increases and benefits upon permanent hire.
Responsibilities
- Assemble small components such as coiling wire and small tubing using hand tools.
- Work extensively with a microscope to ensure precision in assembly tasks.
- Maintain excellent attendance, as it is critical to the role, allowing only one absence and one late occurrence within the first 90 days.
- Adhere to cleanroom protocols and wear full gown attire while maintaining high-quality standards.
Essential Skills
- Experience with cleanroom environments and assembly tasks.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and performing tasks under a microscope.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work long hours.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing experience is highly desirable.
- Entry-level candidates must pass a hand assessment test.

Work Environment
The role is based in a cleanroom setting, requiring full gown attire. Employees typically work 10 hours a day, 6 days a week, with average weekly hours ranging from 40 to 45. Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
