Job Overview This position reports out of Erlanger, KY. The driver will deliver, unload, merchandise, and rotate products at customer accounts, ensuring compliance with CCCI standards.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver, unload, merchandise, and rotate product in assigned accounts.
• Organize and maintain back room, stacking and arranging products neatly.
• Ensure neat appearance of all CCCI equipment and product in assigned accounts.
• Foster relationships with account personnel and provide superior customer service.
• Maintain a safe working environment and meet CCCI quality assurance standards.
• Ensure proper accounting of product, cash, and assets daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School/GED.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a CDL – Class A license.
• Pass DOT physical requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous route delivery or direct store delivery experience.
• Experience in stocking, merchandising products, or retail management.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. repetitively.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
