Compensation

$17/hour, full-time entry level.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients to the dealership in a hospitable, professional manner to set the tone for their luxury experience.
• Answer calls with excellent phone etiquette and customer‑service skills while directing inquiries to the proper party or gathering sufficient information for a convenient follow‑up.
• Serve as a brand ambassador for our business.
• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure an efficient and effective process.

Requirements

• Motivated individuals who are people‑people with friendly personalities and can work in a fast‑paced, organized environment.
• Ability to multitask and maintain organization.
• Team oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
• Must have a clean, valid driver’s license.
