Responsibilities

  • Greets all visitors entering the community, answers questions, ensures visitors sign guest sheets, and answers/directs phone calls to proper residents and staff.
  • Sorts, delivers, and collects incoming/outgoing community and resident mail; may perform basic office/clerical functions and maintain visitor logs.
  • Responds to resident emergencies by calling appropriate internal and external parties based on community protocol.

Qualifications

Receptionists greet all visitors, answer questions, ensure visitors sign guest sheets, and answer/direct phone calls to proper residents and staff. Receptionists sort, deliver, and collect incoming/outgoing community and resident mail, perform basic office/clerical functions, and maintain visitor logs.
