We’re currently hiring operators for projects in the Piedmont‑Triad region, including landfills, airports, and commercial site development.

What You’ll Do

• Operate various heavy equipment: excavators, dozers, backhoes, loaders, graders, rollers, skid steers, and tractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret grade stakes, elevations, and site plans.
• Excavate, move, and grade earth, and install structures.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and teammates.
• Maintain safety, quality, and production standards.
• Perform general labor duties when required.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of construction/heavy equipment experience (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability and willingness to travel (~75%).

Key Skills & Attributes

• Proficiency operating heavy machinery.
• Ability to judge slopes, distances, and elevations accurately.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Capacity to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, crawl, stoop, and use hand tools.
• Visual and auditory ability appropriate for a construction site.

Schedule

• 10‑hour shifts.
