This is a very unique sales position. While we offer a base salary plus commissions, the true legacy play is income made on everyone you help recruit in perpetuity (as long as they are working with our company).

Responsibilities

• Calling, interviewing, and onboarding salespeople
• Follow up on all candidates in a timely manner
• No cold calling. All candidates are provided - you text, email, and call pre-qualified, vetted salespeople for interviews
• Experience in building a sales team would be of value

Qualifications

• Great phone voice and attitude
• Works well independently and is a great team member
• Strong work ethic and great money motivation

Compensation

• $100,000+ total salary, commission, and bonus
