In this position, you’ll ensure the Front End operates smoothly and employees have the tools and resources needed to provide incredible service to customers exiting the store. What will I do?
- Proactively approach customers, assist them in locating products, and answer any questions they have
- Promptly respond to assist cashiers to meet customer needs quickly and efficiently
- Monitor customer flow and traffic patterns throughout the store, manage the right number of open lanes and run registers as necessary to reduce customer wait time

Service Desk experience; Work Environment: he physical demands of this work are classified as light to medium. Work includes repetitive hand and arm movements, lifting, standing and walking for up to 4 hours without a break, occasional bending, frequent reaching, moving, and lifting, along with continuous interaction with customers and coworkers in a fast-paced environment. May be asked to work at cash register station (see Cashier). The average weight range of items lifted is 5 – 12 pounds with a maximum weight lifted of 50 pounds occasionally. You may receive assistance with heavy items, if available. Upper extremity repetition is moderate and trunk movement involves moderate twisting, bending, and pivoting. May be exposed to various allergens (things that may cause an allergic reaction). The work environment is indoors with exposure to seasonal outdoor temperatures and weather. Basic tools and equipment used include cash register, scan gun, shopping bags and bagging fixtures, common office equipment, and shopping carts and baskets.; Managerial/supervisory experience living our values and achieving results in our 5 measures; Customer service experience preferably in a food service, restaurant, grocery or retail setting
