Base pay range
$100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr
Our client, a fast-growing Series A start‑up, is seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive & Personal Assistant to support their Co‑Founders (CEO & CTO). This role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and brings a “24‑hour” mentality; always thinking a step ahead and ready to pivot as priorities shift. The ideal candidate has prior experience supporting executives at early-stage or rapidly scaling companies and is comfortable balancing both professional and personal support duties.
Note: This is a hybrid, temp‑to‑perm role based in San Francisco, CA. Pay will be $100k‑$120k/yr.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel for both Co‑Founders
- Act as a key point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks, ensuring timely follow‑up and execution
- Prepare documents, correspondence, and meeting materials as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve scheduling or logistical challenges
- Handle personal errands and ad‑hoc requests such as scheduling medical appointments, coordinating household vendors, and managing personal to‑dos
- Run errands as needed (e.g., DMV visits, package drop-offs, event coordination)
- Assist with travel arrangements, reservations, and other personal logistics
- Ensure smooth coordination between personal and professional commitments
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant and Personal Assistant, ideally supporting C‑level executives in a start‑up or high‑growth environment
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability
- Flexible and adaptable; comfortable shifting gears quickly as priorities change
- Must be based within a commutable distance to San Francisco and available to come onsite as needed
