What You’ll Do As An Accounting Manager Oversee month-end close activities and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting. Review and prepare complex journal entries, account reconciliations, and treasury transactions. Analyze financial results and prepare variance reports with insights for management. Strengthen accounting processes through automation, system improvements, and best practices. Lead and develop a team of four accountants, providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback. Collaborate with leadership to support audits, budgeting, and strategic initiatives. What You’ll Bring As The Accounting Manager Proven experience as an Accounting Manager, Assistant Controller, or similar leadership role. Strong technical accounting knowledge, including general ledger, reconciliations, and cash management. Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas). Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Hands‑on leadership style with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
