Opportunity Overview:
LSA is seeking American Sign Language Interpreters for a client in the El Paso, Texas area. As part of the LSA network, interpreters are independently contracted and can negotiate competitive fees based on experience, credentials, and market factors.
Interpreters in the network have the flexibility to accept or decline assignments to suit their schedules. They are provided with access to a web-based invoicing platform and 24-hour support for assignments, invoicing, and queries.
Location:
Applicants must be in or near the Clarksburg, West Virginia area or able to travel there.
Role Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelor degree
- RID certification
- State’s QA equivalent certification
- Proof of license or registration
- Fluency in English and American Sign Language
- Knowledge of and adherence to interpreting ethics
- Experience in medical and/or mental health settings
