About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Cybersecurity and Privacy Risk Director to lead the enhancement of our Information Security Governance and Risk functions. In this critical role, you will create, update, and maintain all necessary policies, standards, processes, and procedures aligned with our Information Security Policy. You will coordinate and prioritize key initiatives, formalize cybersecurity risk controls, and guide your team to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and continuous control monitoring.

Your responsibilities will include developing a comprehensive library of processes and procedures, as well as strategizing for the ongoing improvement of our Information Security Governance and Risk services. We are looking for candidates who have established themselves as thought leaders in tackling complex IT-risk management challenges. A strong foundation in identifying, designing, and overseeing cybersecurity policies and procedures is essential.

In addition, expertise in data analytics tools and technologies for assessing cyber threats, risks, and vulnerabilities is required. You should be adept at preparing and communicating key information across the organization. A Bachelor's degree, a minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience, and at least 10 years of supervisory experience are essential for this role. Ideally, candidates will have strong backgrounds in the Information Technology or Information Security sectors, particularly within professional services or legal environments.

Familiarity with project management best practices as well as knowledge of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and IT Service Management will be highly advantageous.
