Job Description
Located at our Indianapolis facility, the Warehouse Associate will provide warehousing support related to domestic and international shipping and distribution of clinical trial and commercial products for RayzeBio programs. Responsibilities include receiving, material handling, shipping, distribution, inspection, compliance with GXP & DOT regulations, and supporting the Electronic Inventory System.
Responsibilities
- Execute labeling, packaging, and shipping of domestic and international shipments of internally manufactured radiopharmaceutical drug product programs.
- Assist with scheduling of domestic and international shipments.
- Receive incoming materials and perform sampling/dispensing in a cleanroom environment.
- Execute waste program physical activities and material cycle counting program.
- Inspect finished product prior to shipment.
- Provide tactile, hands‑on support of logistics, warehousing, and materials management.
- Adhere to policies and SOPs to ensure compliance with DOT and GXP regulations.
- Support the implementation of the Electronic Inventory System / ERP.
- Support commercialization efforts of current clinical programs upon FDA approval.
- Execute day‑to‑day warehouse operations and KPI monitoring under the Warehouse Manager.
- Train future Supply Chain team members.
- Ensure compliance with DOT, EH&S, radiation safety, and GMP requirements.
Qualifications
- High School or GED required; 5+ years warehouse experience, 2+ in a cGMP facility preferred.
- Domestic and international shipping experience, knowledge of customs clearance and regulatory requirements for RAM shipments for ex‑US countries.
- Radiopharmaceutical and DOT compliant shipping experience preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with inventory control.
- Strong understanding of domestic and international shipping (radiopharmaceutical experience preferred).
- Knowledge of DOT, GMP, and NRC regulations.
- Excellent professional ethics, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Highly motivated, organized, able to work under pressure while meeting corporate goals.
- Ability to perform daily work in a cleanroom environment with appropriate PPE.
- Strong professional skills and ability to support compliance GXP and DOT regulations.
Compensation
Hourly: $31.07 – $37.64 (Indianapolis – RayzeBio)
