GENERAL MANAGER – LEAD WITH PURPOSE, SERVE WITH PASSION
Location: Glendale, CA (Onsite)
Schedule: Full-Time, Flexible (Nights, Weekends, Holidays)
Pay Range: $83,200 – $100,000/year (Based on Experience)

- 5+ years of high-volume restaurant or hospitality management
- At least 3 years in a General Manager role
- Experience leading teams of 20+ in a structured, system-driven concept
- Ability to coach, mentor, and inspire in a supportive, caring way
- Comfortable in both front and back-of-house – from scheduling and inventory to service and standards
- Strong knowledge of COGs, labor metrics, and operations (food cost %, labor %, etc.)
- Tech-savvy: familiar with scheduling platforms & Microsoft Office
- Grit, resilience, and a positive, solutions-first mindset
- Have kitchen experience – or the drive to learn it!
- Can speak to managing $40k+ per week in sales
- Thrive in a fast-paced, upbeat environment with structure and standards
- Love food, people, and building a great place to work
