Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist borrowers and lenders by providing excellent customer service and information regarding loan payments, delinquencies, payoffs, and more.
Responsibilities
- Assist borrowers and lenders by providing excellent customer service and information regarding loan payments, delinquencies, payoffs, etc.
- Maintain customer accounts by noting the account and following up on any pending requests.
- Provide monthly payment assistance.
- Resolve payment delinquencies.
- Assist delinquent borrowers by working out potential loan modifications when needed.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

- Previous experience in the mortgage industry is preferred.
Benefits & Hours
This is a full‑time, Monday‑Friday position. Operating hours are 7:00 am–5:30 pm. You must be able to work any shift within those hours. Great benefits package is available after 90 days of employment. Most federal holidays are observed. Must pass a background check. This is an on‑site position in office.
